Andrew J. Scott

Andrew J. Scott is Director of Economics at the Ellison Institute of Technology and Professor of Economics at London Business School. He is also a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research and a co-founder of The Longevity Forum. He holds a PhD from Oxford University and previously held positions at Oxford University, Harvard University, and the London School of Economics.

His research focuses on the economics of longevity and ageing and is published in a wide range of leading academic journals. He is the author of the award-winning books – The Longevity Imperative (2024) and The Hundred Year Life (2016). Both were runner-ups in the FT Business Book of the Year Award, and The Hundred Year Life is a global bestseller, having sold over a million copies.

Scott has advised a range of corporations, governments and international organizations and his work is regularly featured in the media (e.g Financial Times, CNN, PBS, BBC, The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Times, National Geographic, Lancet, Nature, International Monetary Fund, United Nations, Economic Forum). His focus is how we adapt and adjust to achieve a longevity rather than an ageing society so that life isn’t just longer but healthier, productive and engaged for longer.

Caroline Casey

Caroline Casey is a pioneering businesswoman and disability inclusion activist who has devoted her career to transforming how businesses include people with disabilities. She founded TheValuable500, the largest global CEO collective aimed at fostering disability inclusion in the workplace. Her initiative, launched at the World Economic Forum in Davos, rallied over 500 multinational corporations, including those with a combined revenue exceeding $8 trillion, to make disability inclusion a priority. Caroline’s journey to public advocacy began when she decided to disclose her blindness at age 28, a transformative moment that led her to campaign for inclusivity worldwide. She has also served on the diversity and inclusion boards of L’Oréal, Sanofi, and Sky, where she continues to shape corporate policies toward inclusive practices.

Caroline’s impact has earned her numerous awards, honorary doctorates, and keynote opportunities at global summits like TED and the World Economic Forum. Her storytelling ability and advocacy make her a powerful voice for inclusive leadership, inspiring audiences to see diversity as a business imperative.

Jonathan J. Kaufman

Jonathan Kaufman is an innovative thought leader, business educator, and strategist who recognizes the impact of personal development on organizational growth. As a storyteller, Kaufman shares his journey dealing with the obstacles of everyday life and provides audiences with a true understanding that we are all in the act of becoming when it comes to finding greater success.

Born with Cerebral Palsy, Jonathan Kaufman’s disability has been a profound part of his personal, academic, and professional life. Whether hiking in the Ecuadorian highlands with his family, skiing down a mountain, or repelling down the side of a cliff in the Middle East, to the simplicity of tying his shoes one-handed, he has pushed the idea that anything is possible if given the will. Building on his diverse educational background having attended Sarah Lawrence College, Oxford University, The University of Chicago, and Columbia University, Kaufman is now regarded as one of the most innovative thinkers and practitioners in the areas of diversity and inclusion, organizational strategy, and personal growth. As a licensed psychotherapist, executive coach,  anthropologist, and consultant, Kaufman seeks to develop new strategies and initiatives by synthesizing ideas from management theories and applications to entrepreneurial thinking to the knowledge of human capital by cultivating increased motivation and skills to achieve greater success both personally and professionally.

Kaufman is showing that through this integration, J Kaufman Consulting/J Kaufman Coaching can assist organizations and individuals on a broader scale by expanding services and providing them innovative approaches to analyze and find solutions in areas ranging from Leadership, Change Management, and Strategic Thinking and beyond. His unique background has allowed him the ability to work in a variety of capacities from being a former Policy Advisor to the White House on Diversity and Disability to a technical consultant for Hollywood productions in films such as “Adam” and HBO’s “Temple Grandin” to his role as Lead Disability Strategist for Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Senior Strategist at The National Business and Disability Council and adviser to Diversity Best Practices providing invaluable intellectual capital for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.  Kaufman’s versatility has also allowed him to work with numerous government agencies including the US Department of Veteran Affairs, US Department of Labor, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

As a psychotherapist, Kaufman works in private practice with a variety of individuals, couples, and groups with an emphasis on corporate health and wellness issues and areas around those with disabilities. As an executive coach and psychotherapist, Professor Kaufman is growing his practice to meet the needs of C-Level Executives and managers in areas ranging from organizational stress management, and motivation to finding greater pathways to success. Kaufman is also working with individuals who are looking to expand their growth on a personal level to find greater success in their daily lives.

Beyond his consulting, coaching, and psychotherapy work, Jonathan Kaufman was a regular  Forbes contributor for four and half years with his weekly column «Mindset Matters» writing prolifically about the intersection of disability, business, leadership, innovation, and culture.  After a pivot, Kaufman has been developing a multi-channel ‘thought leadership ecosystem’ continuing to explore these areas and more with a weekly LinkedIn Newsletter, a regular video series on Instagram, and more to come all under the banner titled «Through A Broader Lens.»

Frances West

Frances West is a globally recognized thought leader, trusted advisor, and technology executive with deep expertise in the technology industry. A pioneering authority on digital inclusion, she has championed a human-first approach to technology, driving innovation that fuels growth and transformation. Frances began her career at IBM as a systems engineer and held leadership roles across business development, product management, sales, and marketing in the United States and Asia Pacific. As IBM’s first Chief Accessibility Officer, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s accessibility strategy and setting new industry standards for digital inclusion, ensuring full access regardless of age or ability.

After retiring from IBM, Frances founded FrancesWest&Co, a global advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations integrate sustainable, inclusive digital strategies. Her strategic counsel spans leadership, emerging technologies, and inclusive innovation, enabling businesses to unlock new market opportunities. She is the author of Authentic Inclusion™ Drives Disruptive Innovation, which presents a framework for leveraging inclusive innovation as a competitive advantage. Recognized by the United Nations and other global organizations, Frances is a dynamic speaker on topics including digital inclusion, AI, longevity, women in leadership, and the future of work. As a first-generation immigrant and technology pioneer, she brings a unique perspective on leadership, resilience, and innovation—empowering organizations and individuals to embrace differences as a catalyst for impact and innovation.

Jose Antonio López Trigo

Dr. José Antonio López Trigo is a physician specialized in Geriatrics, fully accredited to practice across the European Union. He holds a diploma in Social Gerontology and currently serves as Medical Director and Head of the Neurosciences Department at Clínica CREVIC. He also works as a geriatric consultant for the Association of Relatives of People with Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias, and is a practicing geriatrician within the Department of Social Rights, Equality, and Universal Accessibility at Málaga City Council.

Academically, Dr. López Trigo is the Director of both the Master’s Degree in Geriatrics and the Master’s Degree in Vaccines at the Universidad Católica de Murcia. He has served as guest lecturer at multiple national and international institutions and has played a key role in advancing geriatric education in Spain and Latin America. From 2013 to 2019, he served as President of the Spanish Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology and is currently a Distinguished Member of the Royal Academy of Sciences.

His scientific output includes authorship or co-authorship of over 180 scientific articles and conference presentations. He is also the editor and co-author of 24 Clinical Best Practice Guidelines in Geriatrics and coordinator of Spain’s national consensus on Mild Cognitive Impairment. His work focuses on areas such as cognitive decline, vaccination in older adults, geriatric nutrition, and quality of care in nursing homes. As of January 28, 2025, his research has been cited 1,886 times on Academia.edu, including references from the Universities of Oxford and Berkeley.

Dr. López Trigo has received numerous honors and awards for his contributions to medicine and ageing. These include the IMSERSO Prize (Ministry of Social Affairs), the Ciudad de la Línea Award, the Averroes Awards for Geriatric Research (2000, 2008, and 2019), and the Diosa Ixchel Award in 2018 from the Mexican Council for Geriatrics, recognizing his outstanding professional, academic, and scientific trajectory. His career exemplifies leadership, commitment, and innovation in promoting healthy ageing and improving the lives of older adults.

Briana Gilmore

Briana Gilmore works as the Head of Global Accessibility Policy at Uber where she guides the company’s vision and strategy to be the world’s most accessible mobility and delivery platform. She’s spent the past 15 years working at the intersections of healthcare policy, user-led design, and geography and planning that supports community integration. She holds a Research Master’s Degree from the University of Amsterdam.

Silvia Perel-Levin

Silvia Perel-Levin is a dedicated advocate for the human rights of older persons and an independent consultant. With 25 years of experience in human rights, ageing, and health, she has worked with international organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). Before transitioning to this field, she was a social theatre and television producer.

At the United Nations in Geneva, Silvia represents the International Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse (INPEA) and the International Longevity Centre Global Alliance (ILC GA), actively advocating for the meaningful inclusion of older persons at the Human Rights Council and throughout the UN system. She is a strong proponent of a UN Convention on the human rights of older persons. Silvia serves as Vice-Chair of the NGO Committee on Ageing in Geneva, Committee she chaired from April 2014 to April 2022.

She edited the book “Ageing of the Oppressed: A Pandemic of Intersecting Injustice”, published in September 2023, and chaired the Programme Committee for the Independent Ageing Conference in Aichi, Japan, in October 2023. Currently, Silvia is consulting with WHO on assistive technology and ageing. She has also been an active participant in the sessions of the UN General Assembly’s Open-ended Working Group on Ageing, serving as both a panel member and moderator.

Silvia’s contributions to global advocacy for the rights and health of older persons have earned her the Rosalie Wolf Award (2023) and the Julia Alvarez Award (2024).

Born in Argentina, Silvia has lived, studied, and worked in England, Israel, Hungary, and Switzerland. She holds a B.A. in Social and Educational Theatre from Tel Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Inter-Professional Practice from the Institute of Health Sciences at City, University of London. She is president of ILC-Israel and divides her time between Tel Aviv and Geneva.
