GIA Longevity participated in the prestigious WSIS+20 Forum High-Level Event 2024, presenting the session titled: “Technology Enabling the Ageing Workforce: Actions & solutions from Global Leaders”. The event focused on how technology can unlock the untapped potential of an ageing workforce, offering innovative and sustainable solutions to better integrate older individuals into the labor market.
Despite this year’s forum dedicating only three sessions to the topic of technology and older adults, compared to nine in 2022, GIA Longevity reaffirmed its leadership and dedication to this urgent issue.
The session, hosted by Junoverse, brought together renowned leaders and experts, including Kevin C., Silvia Candamil Neira, Thomas Gerber, Andri Silberschmidt-Buhofer, and Michael Sprenger, who shared their insights and strategies for addressing the challenges of an ageing workforce through advanced technological solutions.
