GIA Longevity is proud to announce that our President, H.E. Luis Gallegos Chiriboga, intervenes today at the “2025 Brain Days” event, held in the framework of the 80th United Nations General Assembly in New York on 25–26 September 2025.
Ambassador Gallegos participates in his capacity as President of GIA Longevity and in his new role as Chairman of the Advisory Council of UNITAR’s Division for People, addressing the urgent global need to integrate brain health into international public policy, economic development, and longevity agendas.
Organized by the European Brain Council (EBC), in collaboration with the United Nations and the Global Brain Coalition, the event convenes world leaders from science, policy, and civil society to advance coordinated action on brain health and noncommunicable diseases (NCDs).
In his intervention, Ambassador Gallegos highlights the importance of strategic partnerships, including with the Davos Alzheimer Collaborative, in strengthening global action against Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, while promoting brain capital as a driver of innovation and resilience.
